Trouble free gluing: The KD 56 is fitted with the same leak proof container as the larger successful KD series. Commercially available granulate is processed, the glue quantity can be precisely regulated.

Edge banding material: All commercially edge banding materials - veneer, melamine, laminate, solid wood up to 3mm can be easily processed. The standard machine is already equipped with an automatic roll magazine, also for 3mm thick PVC edges, which can be automatically cut-to-length from the roll.

High-tech units: High quality standard finishing units guarantee the highest processing quality. End trimming and flush trimming units are equipped with 200Hz. Medium frequency motors (12000 rpm) which are driven by an electronic frequency changer. Automatic motor brakes increase safety.

End trimming / flush trimming: Two end trimming motors 12000 rpm, pulling cut for top accuracy, high precision linear guidance complete with optional chamfer / straight trimming. Flush trimming with two swivelable trimming motors, 12000 rpm, 0-25 degrees, horizontal and vertical tracing. Precision setting with digital counter units.

Scrapping / buffing: For smoothing (radius or chamfer) of pre-trimmed thick PVC edges, to remove trimming marks as well as for finish processing of trimmed longitudinal edges.
