DetailTECNOMA has designed and produces, in Italy, the KMAC automatic edgebanders line: the technical features, technology and working unit sequences are specifically designed to meet the requirements of small companies.
All TECNOMA edgebanders undergo stringent tests at the various stages of production and are carefully inspected to check the quality of all edgebanding applicatins.

- Operated by means of modern electrical/pneumatic technology, on rounded guideways made of ground and hardened steel.
 - Roller for glue application.
- Pre-heating system of glue.
- Automatic lowering of glue temperature when the machine is temporarily not in use.
- Automatic feeding of edging in coils and manual feeding of edging in strips.

Glue scraper
- With high frequency motors and with horizontal and vertical copying shoes, both adjustable.
- The machine is using the modern high frequency technology on the edge-trimming motors, so to avoid the belt driven system, giving a much better edge finish without vibrations. The edge-trimming precision is guaranteed by the horizontal floating/copying movement as well as the vertical.
- Slides on rounded guideways made of ground and hardened steel, with recirculating ball bushings for maximum precision.
- The industrial edge-trimming structure allows a better exhaust system than in the units with the belt driven system.

To maintain stability through the years, the structure of Tecnoma edgebanders has been constructd in stabilise electro-welded steel: this guarantees a secure and precise movement of the tracking which transports the panel to be edged, without any vibration.
