The structure of the working units has an important role for a perfect finish of the glued edge.The end-cutting and the edge-scraping units are mounted on strong cast-iron supports, used for a greater stability and resistance to vibration. The edge-trimming units work on large diameter, hardened and ground steel bars.

Features

  • Large sized feeding chain - 80mm wide.

  • Feed chain pads in high resistant rubber (replaceable).

  • 2 rounded guides for the feed chain pads, to ensure a perfect resistance to side loads.
  • Shearing device for edging in rolls up to 3mm thick.
  • Quick selection switch for the pneumatic pressure of the shearing device: thin - 3mm thick edges.
  • Manual clutch to avoid breakage in the event of the glue roller blocking.

  • Automatic lowering of glue temperature.
  • Protection/copying plate in front of the glue roller.
  • 3 edge pressure rollers. The first roller is power driven with a clutch unit and is 'completely' adjustable, the other 2 rollers have a counterposed tapered arrangement and independent adjustable pneumatic pressure.
  • Pressure beam with double row of pressure wheels with bearings.
  • Rotating control panel.

  • Centralised dust extraction.

  • EC safety regulations.

  • Static frequency converter - 200Hz

  • Adjustable rollers support for large panels, to the complete length of the machine.

  • Centralised pneumatic air cleaning of the feed chain.

  • Centralised lubrication of the feed chain.
