	TECNOMA specialises in the production of automatic edgebanders; the technical features, technology and working unit sequences are specifically designed to meet the requirements of small industry. All TECNOMA edgebanders undergo stringent tests at the various stages of production and are carefully inspected to check the quality of all edgebanding applications.

The automatic edgebander XT5 is a versatile machine for precision applications of edge banding material in strips and coils.

The XT5.A is a complete edgebander for the panel processing, using a modern technology, designed for the small industry.

Compact, innovative and simple corner rounding unit with PLC controller, one 0.35kW motor, 12,000rpm, for rounding corners of thick PVC/ABS edging in a single pass.

Comes standard with:-

Programmable logic control with PLC with monitor "touch screen".
Pneumatic tilt, 0-15degrees, of the end trimming unit blades controlled by PLC.
Pneumatic exclusion of the edge scraping units controlled by PLC.

		Panel feed system using 1-inch strong industrial chain. Large sized transport tracking, with an industrial feed pad: 70 mm wide.

		Tubular structures with extremely good bending and torsional strength for: basement, table for working units and feed chain housing.

	Rubber pressure wheels with large diameter (60 mm) mounted on bearing to accommodate any small differences in the thickness of panels.
