Reliability and Sturdiness
The Squalo 400s can be assembled with a special motorized
roller, thanks to this system, an automatic alignment of boards
with a continuous sequenced entry is guaranteed.
This binomial Alignment/Automatic sequence can guarantee
the total elimination of energy appearances with minor use of the
blades.
This system of roller can guarantee the cutting of short pieces
up to 27cm and is unique of its kind. The machine is fitted with
an 'automatic introducer', which has a toothed roller above and
underneath.
Power and Precision
The Squalo 400s's overcapacity is able to bear the heaviest
working loads, even for the most demanding user.
Using the blade holder shaft counter-support, fixed by a special
bearing, gets rid of all possible oscillations that the shaft can
have, with the result of a precise and planed cut.
Reduce the wood scrap
Thanks to the counter support system and the absence of vibration,
the 60mm shaft can assemble very thin blades. (eg. Up to 40cm high
for a fir tree, with a blade thickness of 1.7mm)
High Production
All the mechanical attention allows the Squalo 400s to produce
listells of up to 4mm thickness, which provides authentic innovation
in the sawmill industry.
