Italpresse Epic 8 Automatic Edgebander

A compact edge bander with robust structure, controlled by an electronic card for high quality edge banding.
EPIC 8 can apply borders up to 8 mm in thickness and 60 mm in height.

The operator groups are mounted on a particularly solid, heavy base, machine tool processed, in this way completely eliminating problems of bending and vibration.

The belt and upper press, the heart of the machine are manufactured with no compromising, are robust and their dimensions have been calculated to guarantee perfectly linear movement and optimum panel holding. The result is a truly impeccable finishing.

The loading system is set up for the use of roll and strip edges.

The gluing group and glue tank give easy access for the distribution, adjustment and maintenance operations.

The pressure group, made up of 3 rollers, the first with large diameter, guarantees the complete and even adhesion of the edge to the panel.

We can provide operator groups with fast, agile, precise movement, adapting to the panel to be bent. The machines are run and controlled by the electronic card, which guarantees good general performance with no need for manual intervention by the operator.
